Myisha Haynes is a Sacramento-based freelance artist and part-time educator. She loves sci-fi and fantasy, creating fantastical worlds to get lost in, and sharing her love of writing with kids as a creative writing teacher. Her past works include Anne of West Philly, Marvel's Gwenpool, the Eisner & Ignatz-winning Elements Anthology: Fire, and her own fantasy webcomic, The Substitutes. When she’s not writing or drawing, she spends her free time playing tabletop role-playing games with friends, and walking her dog Blossom in local parks.
