SPECIAL OFFER - To receive a free One (1) Scrying card pack with purchase of the book specified below, while supplies last, fill out the form above. You must submit your email address and such other information as Sponsor may require. You must order a new Hardcover edition of There Will Come a Darkness by Katy Rose Pool (the Book) to take advantage of this Offer. Offer is subject to the Special Offer Terms.

Proof of Purchase: To redeem the offer, you must provide proof of purchase of the Book from a retailer lawfully offering the Book for sale in the United States or Canada, in a form deemed sufficient by Sponsor in its discretion to establish such purchase. Proof of purchase may take the form of a copy of a receipt, order confirmation, email or packing slip showing the retailer name, the date of the transaction and the purchase price and title of the Book. Other forms of proof of purchase including receipts that do not indicate the title of the Book may be accepted at the discretion of Sponsor. Submit a copy of the proof of purchase by uploading it in jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, doc or docx format via this website.

Offer Period: Offer begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Monday, September 02, 2019 and continues through 11:59 PM ET on Friday, September 06, 2019, while supplies last.

Eligibility: Offer is open only to persons who are a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec) and who are 13 years of age or older. We are sorry for the geographic restriction; unfortunately it is required for various legal reasons. Any person who is under 18 years of age or otherwise under the legal age of majority in their place of residence (a "Minor") must obtain permission from his or her parent or legal guardian, and the agreement of the parent or legal guardian to these Offer Terms, prior to requesting to redeem this Offer. Eligibility determinations will be made by Sponsor in its discretion and will be final and binding. There is a limit of one offer redemption per person, per household and per email address.

Delivery:Allow 1 - 6 weeks for delivery of the offer item. The offer item will be delivered only to a mailing address in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec). No delivery will be made to P.O. Boxes.

Submission times will be determined using Sponsor's computer. Normal time rates, if any, charged by the person's Internet or mobile service provider will apply. The offer item is offered "as is" and without any warranty, except as required by law. Offer void if obtained through non-authorized channels, including without limitation free offers. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or illegible requests, incomplete or inaccurate capture of or loss of submissions or any technical, communication or human error or failure of any kind in connection with the offer or any request. Sponsor has the right to disqualify from participating in this offer any individual who in Sponsor's discretion, Sponsor believes has (i) has responded by using robots, spam, or any automated response system, (ii) tampered with the submission process or website or has undermined the legitimate operation of the offer or website by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair practices, or (iii) has engaged in conduct that abuses, threatens or harasses any other person or any representative of Sponsor or its author. Duplicate requests will not be honored. Any attempt by any person to redeem the offer more than one time by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, devices or other methods may result in disqualification of the person and/or redemption request. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity of the individual submitting the request. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Cash redemption value 1/100 of 1 cent. Disputes: Each person applying to redeem this offer (and for a Minor, the Minor and the Minor's parents and legal guardian) agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, or the provision, acceptance and/or use of any offer item, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow restricting access to class actions. This provision will not apply to residents in such jurisdictions); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with redeeming the Offer , but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will a person applying to redeem this Offer (and for a Minor, the Minor and the Minor's parents and legal guardian) be permitted to obtain any award for, and each such person hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Offer Terms or the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the Offer shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York in the United States of America without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Offer or relating to these Offer Terms shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in New York County in the State of New York, waiving any right to trial by jury, and each person consents to such jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between these Offer Terms and any Offer information provided elsewhere (including but not limited in advertising or marketing materials), these Official Terms shall prevail.
